Chicago Broadband Use

Broadband Illinois has comprised a series of maps using data provided by Caroline Tolbert, Ph.D. and Professor of Political Science at the University of Iowa and Karen Mossberger, Ph.D., Professor and Head of Public Administration at the College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs at the University of Illinois Chicago.

The data was collected through a city-wide survey of Chicago and is based on multilevel statistical modeling conducted by the authors.
